Under Maharashtra State Rural Life Development Abhiyan, the 'Umed' campaign is being launched for women empowerment and through this campaign women in rural areas are becoming capable and financially self-sufficient. Umed Gram Sangh of Mauja Delanwadi of Sindewahi taluka has taken part in weekly market tax collection auction process and the women members of this village sangh have started their market tax collection work.
